Below is the text from a post I shared on my personal Facebook page. I'm including it here so it lives a little longer and because I want to continue to encourage others to share their journey, specifically, why they went into therapy. As I share below, those who are willing will be a part of the #therapyforme posts on the @ramblebamblegirl Instagram and some may even be featured in future blogs. The more we talk about mental health the more space we create for others to join the conversation.

Now that we can take off our masks, I WONDER WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE to really take them off. #authentic
I'm on social media all the time for my business and while I see many beautiful posts, I WONDER WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE to see a post that said, "I went to therapy today and wanted to share this little gem."
I WONDER WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE if the people who have gone to therapy or are going now, just let people know in general their reasons for going.
So, I'll go first and share that I've been in therapy since September. And, because I believe it's so important to talk about #stopthestigma you can join me on my @ramblebamblegirl adventures to be a better human and follow my #ramblebamblegirl instagram and new blog. #staytuned #gems #hikingadventures #bikingadventures #foodiesofinstagram #mentalphysicalspiritualhealth
If you'd like to support the #therapyforme efforts, email me at ramblebamblegirl@gmail.com to share your general reason and provide a picture if you'd like and I'll post it to the #ramblebamblegirl account. #mentalhealthadvocate
I WONDER WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE if people knew that many people they know go to therapy. I wonder if more people would go.
***There are some who choose not to disclose #noshame and in some cases it might be best for others not to disclose. This post is just an encouragement to consider disclosing because it could make a difference.
